Jenny Mahnke, second grade teacher at Rice Lake Elementary in Maple Grove, has been reading the Magic Tree House books to her students and they are “addicted”.
She had five books in the series of some 50+ books in her classroom. To perpetuate her students enthusiasm for reading, Maureen’s Readers provided her class with packs of the Magic Tree House book series.
Her response was “I wish you could have seen the kid’s eyes and heard the cheers when I showed them the books. They were so excited and happy. I couldn’t wait and let them each pick out a book to bring home and they about lost it 😁. Thanks again to you and Maureen❤ for your generosity. I’m sure she is smiling down!”
