Maureen’s Readers made a commitment to provide each Kindergarten student at Rice Lake Elementary a book (selection by committee) for their own three times this year. The selection this second trimester was “Pig the Winner”.
This book is one of the popular children’s book series about a mischievous little Pug. Australian author and illustrator Aaron Blabey was formerly an actor before launching into children’s books. The students love to get their own books and our mission to foster reading is enhanced.
