With the two-week Winter Break approaching for local schools, we wanted to make sure kids had the opportunity to read over the break. Selected first grade students were given the opportunity to pick some books to put in their backpacks and take home for Holiday reading.
The students were so excited to be able to pick their own books. They also get to keep the books and we continue our mission to help kids build their own home libraries.
